You need this training if
You fail to maintain focus
You perform well in practice, but fail to do so in competition
You are intimidate by another player(s)
You do well in local games, but seem to lose your skill at the big events
You are afraid of getting injured
You lack self confidence - you think you are not good enough
You back off when challenged
You are coming off an injury and not playing as well as before getting hurt
You are fearful or extremely nervous in games or competition
You are afraid to do things that others of your age do readily
You freeze up or choke when the score gets close
You are afraid to do other things that are necessary to win
All of the above were once considered difficult if not impossible to correct, because no sure-fire remedy existed. That’s the way it used to be, but not anymore.
I have developed a dependable set of techniques that remove all negative programming, eliminate self-defeating thoughts, and totally remove negative emotions that cause these problems. Then, I build within the athlete self-confidence, self-esteem and the ability to totally focus. The athlete is elevated to his/her highest performance level in an amazingly short period of time.

Important notice: While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage and thus practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. EFT is still in its infancy and we have much to learn about its inner workings. In the meantime, it has been made into a user-friendly procedure so you can try it yourself. Please know, though, that some people's emotional and/or physical issues are such that they shouldn't try ANY such procedure without the presence and guidance of a qualified health professional.
It is not claim that EFT is a substitute for drugs, surgeries, radiation or other conventional medical interventions, and we encourage you to get regular medical exams and talk to your doctor or other health professionals about what treatments are best for you. Always use EFT with common sense and don't go where you aren't qualified.
Further, Jack Rhodes is not a licensed psychologist or a licensed health professional and offers EFT as an ordained minister and as a personal performance coach. Please consult qualified health practitioners regarding your use of EFT.

Dr. Rhodes,
Below is a copy of the e-mail that Dustin sent you after his first game after his visit with you. You have my permission to post it on you website.
Dustin confidence on the field continues to improve as well as his performance. In Week one of the season, which was the first game of the season at quarterback prior to his visit with you. During that game, he had 11 pass attempts with 4 completions and 1 interceptions (36.36% completions) for a total of 37 passing yards.

Hello Dr. Rhodes this is Dustin Martin. I saw you on Monday and I was going to let you know how things are going great. The next day after our meeting I only told one of my coaches about it and explained everything to him. We went out to practice and I was completeing passes left and right. After practice coach was grinning ear to ear and told me to come here. He said that it's really scary that all the other coaches asked what happened to me because I looked like a different person.
> We had a game last night and won 49-7. I didn't get to pass a whole lot but when I did it was amazing. I threw about three really deep passes. I felt like I had all day to throw. I really didn't even think about the throw but they were beautiful passes that fell right into their hands. Crowd loved it and the coaches. Walking off the field the good games were coming from everywhere and it felt great. Thank you for everything this has helped me unbelievably.

Let's suppose you owned a miraculous and sophisticated device that was capable of achieving an infinite number of amazing things.
But, what if the computer that operates that wonderful creation was programmed so it performed at a only small percentage of it's capabilities?
Would you be satisfied? If you could reprogram the operating computer to do more wouldn't you?
Know what? You do own such a machine. It's your body and the computer that operates it is your mind.
At this point it is important to note that virtually every amateur athlete and many young professionals have yet to achieve their highest possible level of performance. This, most likely includes you. Therefore, it’s almost a certainty that your mind/computer is in need of some (or perhaps a great deal of) positive reprogramming.
Let me state that in a slightly different way: You will only perform up to the level for which you are programmed even though you are capable of doing much better. Reprogram your mind for higher performance and you will in deed perform better.
When I was an undergraduate student those of studying mind sciences we told by our professors of the new discovery of a connection between the mind and the body. For hundreds of years prior to that scientists considered them to be separate.
Now, through the study of cellular biology and quantum physics we know that the human mind with it’s two parts, the emotions and the body are so entangled it is impossible to separate them and any attempt do so would result in something less than a vegetable.
It’s becoming common knowledge at the higher coaching levels that when a healthy, well coached athlete is not performing at his highest level it is due to the negative emotions being experienced by the player. These can be related to the games, such as performance anxiety. Or they may be due to something totally unrelated to the sport. Personal problems can have devastating negative influences on an athlete’s performance.
Fortunately, I have developed new super techniques that will totally neutralize all negative emotions in a short period of time.
Once you are playing stress-free and consistently at what would be expected to be your best, it is time to move up to the next level - a special mental/emotional state - “The Zone”
At the highest level, mindset is the crucial factor that separates winners from losers. “The Zone” is ideal mindset and it enables the athlete’s body to function automatically with little conscious effort. In this optimal state, complex tasks appear to be easily accomplished and time can either stand still or rush by as the performer is completely immersed in what they are doing.
"The Zone" - All pro athletes know it, strive for it and prize its attainment. It is that realm of play in which everything comes together: skill, training and mental discipline.
